Review a document against the law that governs it
Not a generic contract checker. DALI tests each clause against the regulatory requirements that actually apply to that document, in that jurisdiction.
How it runs
Four steps

Upload or paste the document
PDF or text. DALI segments it into clauses rather than arbitrary chunks, so an issue is attributed to the provision that actually causes it.

Confirm what you are reviewing for
Describe the document (a custody agreement for an exchange's institutional clients, say) and DALI proposes the review dimensions that follow from it. You confirm or adjust before it runs.

Review runs against retrieved requirements
Each dimension is checked against the regulatory material retrieved for it, in parallel. The requirement being tested against is a real cited provision, not a generalisation about what such agreements usually say.

Work the issue list
Issues are ranked by severity and linked to the clause that raises them. Selecting one highlights the provision in the document and shows the source it was tested against.

Built for the edit loop
Review is rarely a single pass, and the second pass is where most tools waste your time.
When you revise a document and run the review again, DALI re-runs what the edit affected and leaves untouched clauses alone. You are not re-reading a hundred findings to locate the three that changed.
Documents are removed after thirty days unless you save them to your matter history, so a one-off review does not quietly become a retained copy of a client's contract.
